Booking and payment
Class places are booked and paid in advance through Billetto. Payment secures your place.
Cancellation and refunds
Places are non-refundable. As classes are leisure activities tied to specific dates, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (in line with the exemption for dated recreational services). If a class is cancelled by Ørestad Impro, you’ll be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Changes
In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, sessions may be moved or rescheduled. You’ll be notified in good time.
